Join our San Diego warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to support our daily logistics operations. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. A commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork is essential. You will be an integral part of ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies.
- Sort and stock merchandise accurately into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to follow instructions.
- Must be able to wear required PPE, such as safety shoes and high-visibility vests.
