We are hiring a Picker/Packer in San Jose, California, to support our expanding logistics operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. This involves reading picking lists, locating products within the warehouse, and carefully packing them to prevent damage during transit. A strong emphasis on safety and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position requires working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often under time pressure, to meet shipping deadlines. You will contribute directly to our company's ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Collaboration with team members to achieve daily picking and packing goals is essential.
