Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Cincinnati, Ohio! We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This position offers a wide range of responsibilities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, all contributing to our efficient logistics flow. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a safe, organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Sort, stock, and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse facility.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively as needed.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for the duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Commitment to safety and the consistent use of required PPE.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
