Join our warehouse team in St. Louis, Missouri, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient flow of inventory and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
- Follow instructions and work effectively with the team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and utilizing all required PPE.
- Basic understanding of inventory control.
