Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station and work area.
- Conduct quality checks on packed orders before they are shipped.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy standards for picking and packing.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks, such as stocking or receiving, as needed to support logistics operations.
- Report any issues with equipment, inventory, or safety to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse fulfillment role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and occasional Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small to medium-sized items.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team player mentality with good communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics and fulfillment processes.
