Key responsibilities include accurately locating products, picking items using scanners or pick lists, and carefully packing them into appropriate shipping containers. We maintain a strong focus on workplace safety, and all team members are expected to adhere to safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE. This role involves regular lifting, standing, and moving throughout the facility. The ideal candidate possesses excellent attention to detail, is highly organized, and works well under pressure. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Use RF scanners or pick lists to identify and retrieve products.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack products securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping boxes or containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the packing and picking areas.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all logistics and warehouse operational procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and using PPE.
