We are seeking a reliable and efficient Order Picker to join our dedicated team in San Francisco, California. In this key logistics role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your attention to detail and speed are crucial in ensuring timely and accurate order processing. You will utilize RF scanners and follow pick lists to locate items, ensuring that each order is complete and correctly assembled. This position requires individuals who are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We prioritize the safety of our employees and provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE). This role involves significant walking, bending, and manual lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory according to specified orders.
- Utilize RF scanning devices to track inventory and update order fulfillment status.

- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to all directives regarding the use of required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
