In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for accurately picking a variety of products to fulfill customer orders and then carefully packing these items for shipment. Efficiency, accuracy, and a commitment to quality are key. You'll work with advanced warehouse systems and tools to ensure orders are processed swiftly and correctly. This position demands physical agility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We provide comprehensive training, and all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) is supplied to ensure a safe working experience. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure they match order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Wear and utilize required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for long durations and perform repetitive motions.
- Capability for frequent lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Understanding of workplace safety and the importance of PPE.
