We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is crucial to the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to our logistics network. A strong commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies are paramount. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to Safety in all aspects of the job.
