We are looking for a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders, playing a crucial part in our e-commerce logistics. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking inventory. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to efficiency are key. - Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning technology or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Verify order details against items picked and packed.
- Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities, and stock shelves promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station and warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Perform physical lifting of products, with the capacity for lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Contribute to team efforts and assist colleagues as needed to meet daily logistics goals.
