Join our dynamic team as a Picker/Packer in Los Angeles, California! We are seeking motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick and pack customer orders. This role is crucial to our logistics operations, ensuring timely and correct shipments. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse using pick lists or scanners, selecting items, and preparing them for shipment. Attention to detail is paramount to minimize errors and maintain customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment. We emphasize a strong safety culture and provide all necessary training. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using a handheld scanner or pick list.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
