Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick items from designated bin locations according to order tickets.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Package items using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation to packages.
- Utilize RF scanners to manage inventory and track order progress.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Strictly follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks such as receiving and stocking as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in picking, packing, or warehouse environments is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods.
- Capacity for Lifting items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics principles.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Must comply with all Safety regulations and wear assigned PPE.
- Strong desire to learn and contribute to a team.
- Good communication skills.
