We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our facility in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely shipment of products. Your tasks will include picking items from inventory, packing orders, and preparing them for dispatch, as well as maintaining inventory records and ensuring the overall organization of the fulfillment center. This position is critical to our Logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a secure and safe working environment; you will be required to adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and utilize the appropriate PPE . The role demands physical stamina, as it involves frequent Lifting of packages, standing for extended periods, and continuous movement throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear designated PPE at all times during operational hours.
- Perform tasks that involve regular Lifting and physical exertion.
- Contribute to the smooth running of our Logistics processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including frequent Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Commitment to adhering to all Safety protocols and using PPE .
- Understanding of fulfillment operations and basic Logistics is a plus.
