Responsibilities:
- Receive and document all incoming deliveries accurately.
- Check items against purchase orders and packing lists for discrepancies.
- Inspect goods for any damage or defects and report findings.
- Update inventory records promptly and precisely.
- Organize and store received items in their designated locations.
- Maintain the tidiness and safety of the receiving dock area.
- Comply with all company safety standards and wear provided PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a receiving or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry.
- Familiarity with inventory management and logistics principles.
- Awareness and commitment to safety protocols.
