We are looking for diligent Picker/Packers to join our growing logistics team in Durham, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency are key to ensuring our customers receive the correct orders in a timely manner. You will work within a structured warehouse environment, following established procedures for order fulfillment and inventory management. This position is vital to our daily operations and plays a direct role in customer satisfaction. If you are a motivated individual with a knack for organization and a strong work ethic, this is an excellent opportunity.Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Safety standards.
- Properly use handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Follow all Lifting guidelines to perform tasks safely.
- Understand and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to the efficient flow of goods in our logistics operations.
- Report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies.
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Experience with order picking and packing is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Understanding of basic warehouse Safety procedures.
