We are looking for a dedicated Material Handler to join our growing logistics operations in Provo, Utah. This role is essential for the smooth flow of materials within our warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy from receipt to shipment. You will be responsible for moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting inventory. The ideal candidate is physically fit, possesses good organizational skills, and is committed to safety. Responsibilities include operating hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move materials, performing inventory counts, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Strict adherence to safety protocols and the use of proper PPE are mandatory. Occasional lifting of items is expected. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store materials accurately.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Ensure materials are stored in designated locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
- Perform tasks involving lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a material handler or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
