We are looking for an experienced Shipping Clerk to manage outbound shipments at our Columbus, Ohio facility. This role is critical for ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods to our customers. You will be responsible for preparing all necessary shipping documents, coordinating with transportation providers, and verifying that all outgoing orders are correct and securely packaged. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to upholding our high standards of logistics and customer service. Your responsibilities will include processing shipping orders, generating bills of lading, scheduling carrier pickups, and maintaining accurate shipping records. You will also perform quality checks to ensure products are undamaged and properly labeled before dispatch. Safety is our top priority, and you will be required to use appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process all shipping documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and manage delivery timelines.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on outgoing orders.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and utilize necessary PPE.
- Regularly perform tasks involving lifting and moving packages.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar logistics role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in shipping software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
