Our growing warehouse in Colorado Springs, Colorado is seeking diligent Picker/Packers to join our dedicated team. This role is essential to our logistics operations, focusing on accurately fulfilling customer orders and ensuring timely shipments. You will be responsible for locating products, carefully packing them, and preparing them for delivery. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory using order sheets or electronic devices.
- Inspect products for any defects before packing.
- Package orders with appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label all outgoing packages accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the picking and packing areas.
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Ability to remain active, standing and walking, for the duration of the shift.
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail in completing tasks.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics is advantageous.
- Commitment to adhering to Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Prior picking or packing experience is a plus.
