Join our growing logistics team as a Warehouse Worker in Huntsville, Alabama. We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods through our distribution network. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming shipments, stocking and organizing inventory, picking and packing orders for dispatch, and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse. This position involves physical tasks, including regular Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Adherence to all company Safety standards and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is crucial. While prior warehouse experience is a plus, we are happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn. Responsibilities:
- Accept and unload incoming deliveries accurately.
- Place received goods in their designated storage areas.
- Assemble customer orders by picking items from shelves.
- Package items for shipping, ensuring they are well-protected.
- Perform routine inventory checks and report stock levels.
- Keep warehouse areas tidy and free from obstructions.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Use warehouse equipment responsibly and safely.
- Communicate any operational issues or concerns to supervisors.
- Consistently wear appropriate PPE provided by the company.
