Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Baptist Health UAB and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Baptist Health UAB.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• 1 year experience accepted but must be interventional Cath Lab experience, not just diagnostic Cath Lab.
• STEMI/NSTEMI, LHC/RHC, CHF, Angina, ACS, Afib, IABP/Impella, CTOs, staged/protected PCI, pericardiocentesis, temp pacers
• Skills: Laser lead extraction, Rotablator, FFR, IVUS, Impella, IABP(ballon pump), EKOS, pacemaker, scrub and pan table, medrad, groin site management and monitoring.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend rotation: On call every 4th weekend, Friday EOS until Monday at 0630
• On call? If so, what is that schedule? Weekdays: 1 call night week, possibly 1 late shift per week as well; Weekday call is EOS until 0630 the following morning; Late shift will stay late until the cases are done but will not be on call after that. Late shift and call shift will not be worked concurrently
• Holiday Expectations: One major and one minor seasonal holiday per policy

10 days maximum time off.
