divh2Dell Brand Advocacy Representative/h2pThe Brand Representative (BA) will primarily be responsible for building relationships and brand awareness inside retail stores, on behalf of Dell./ppThe ideal candidate is a people-person who can cultivate relationships and build excitement about the Dell brand and products. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create thoughtful and positive interactions with both store associates and prospective customers alike. The Brand Representative will leverage relationships to aid in selling, training, and merchandising Dell products throughout the specified market. Equity Events/ppEnhance the Dell brand experience for shoppers/ppDemonstrate and promote Dell products at retailers in the assigned market/ppBe the in-store resource to answer questions, discuss product features and provide hands-on demonstrations/ppEnsure all retailer sales personnel are highly knowledgeable on the unique selling points of Dell devices/ppConduct experience events to engage Retail Sales Associates and customers/ppConfirm display devices are clean, functional, and available for customers to use/ppEnsure Dells retail brand standards are maintained by inspecting branded displays and marketing materials/ppConduct survey of in-store branded fixtures and displays and record findings/ppPartner with store leaders on solutions for pricing or merchandising issues/ppExecute resets, including placement or removal of devices and marketing material/ppProvide insight into marketplace trends of territory retailers/ppCollect consumer insights weekly/ppGather intelligence from stores which are exceeding sales performance/ppProvide data on competitor pricing, incentives, promotions, and customer preference or sentiment/ppDrive brand market share through daily direct and indirect sales activities engaging directly with customers and retail channel partners/ppDevelop partnership with retail store management to foster sales driving activities with associates/ppSchedule and facilitate sales and product training with front line store associates and managers/ppEnsure current products are displayed, functional, and clean/ppSet Retail Display Resets and Refreshes as needed within assigned Markets/ppOpportunity to travel for Merchandising throughout the nation/ppDrive sales productivity through high quality sales interactions with customers/ppBuild and maintain industry vertical affiliate distribution relationships/ppEffectively assess and communicate on-site needs such as marketing material and promotional collateral, etc./ppEducate customers while making product recommendations/ppMeet or exceed personal sales productivity goals and key metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis/ppAccurately document and report sales, schedules, activities and best practices/ppCollect customer feedback and provide sales/marketing channel insight and recommendations/ppSet and maintain brand merchandising in retail locations and ensure all brand standards are followed/ppMeet or exceed quarterly sales goals/ppMeet or exceed weekly in store time goals/ppVisit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis/ppEffectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance/ppEffectively execute sales activities inside each location during all visits/ppEffectively demonstrate an on-going ability to establish, maintain and influence business relationships through increased shelf space, product placement and consistent productivity/ppRecord and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit/ppHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required/pp6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred/pp6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments/ppExcellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills/ppAbility to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs/ppStrong analytical skills and customer service orientation/ppStrong multi-tasking skills, time management and attention to detail/ppAbility to perform independently in an unstructured work environment/ppTravel within 70 miles of Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other Markets/ppMust have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage/p/div
