Outside Sales Representative
to lead and grow our
Northern California / Bay Area
territory. Ideal for a Bay Area–based sales pro who excels with cabinet makers, manufacturers, dealers, and showrooms in a competitive, design‑forward market. About Hardware Resources We’re a leading manufacturer and distributor of decorative and functional cabinet hardware, organizers, cabinets, closet systems, LED lighting, and wood products—serving thousands of customers nationwide. We value entrepreneurial salespeople who take ownership and drive growth. What You’ll Do Manage and expand a high‑potential Bay Area territory Build strong relationships with cabinet makers, manufacturers, dealers & showrooms Drive new business and grow key accounts Conduct in‑person calls, demos & consultations Execute growth strategies and outperform competitors Partner with Inside Sales for full account support What We’re Looking For Proven B2B outside sales success Experience with cabinet makers or related trades preferred Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills Self‑motivated, organized, and CRM‑savvy Must live in/near the Bay Area & hold a valid driver’s license Comp & Benefits $85–$115k+ OTE Commission + mileage/travel reimbursement Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match PTO, holidays, parental leave Employee discounts & more Role Details Monday–Friday Remote, field‑based Bay Area territory If you already know this market and want a territory with real upside, this is a strong opportunity.
