We are a residential treatment center specializing in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs. Our work is grounded in compassion, structure, and evidence-based care, with a focus on helping clients build the skills they need to move toward stability and independence.

At the heart of our program is a simple but powerful mission: to help every person create a life worth living. We believe in meeting clients where they are, offering consistent support, and fostering an environment where growth is possible at any hour of the day — including the quiet moments overnight when our Grave Shift Mentors play a crucial role.

  • Use behavioral management and de-escalation techniques appropriately; participate in crisis intervention and therapeutic holds if necessary (training provided).
  • Document client behavior, observations, and overnight activity in daily shift notes for clinical staff review.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both staff and clients.
  • Complete overnight operational tasks including:
    • Searching in and documenting clients' belongings

  • Accurately manage timekeeping through BambooHR.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the program and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone reliable, steady, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
