This position leads the way of the California Conservation Corps' (CCC) oversight, policy development, training and direct involvement in the most complex tasks covering purchasing, contracts, leases, the CCC's utilization of Fi$Cal (the state's financial management system), and other tasks. It is fast moving, technical, and high volume. This position directly helps the CCC deliver its mission and will be challenging, rewarding, and critical to the success of the CCC. Being a critical position inside an emergency response department, this position can be called into local and/or external declared emergencies. This position strives to lead by example in both subject matter expertise and progressive, effective, leadership.

This position is classified as "Hybrid" and is currently eligible for up to three days of telework per week, with a minimum of two days of in-office work.

The reporting location for this position is at CCC HQ located at th Street, Sacramento, CA 95816.

California Conservation Corps is excited to take part in the first agency-wide collaborative physical career center. The career center is located in the heart of Downtown Sacramento in the brand new CNRA headquarters building.
