Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where your compassionate care and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to nursing staff and directly assist patients across various care settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and home health environments. Responsibilities

  • Assist patient with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity.
  • Support medication administration under supervision, following strict protocols and maintaining detailed medical documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner.
  • Monitor patients' conditions closely, observing for changes in behavior or health status related to motor gross skills or other chronic conditions such as infectious diseases or behavioral health issues.
  • Assist with daily tasks including but not limited to equipment for lifting and maintaining body structure. Daily routine with stretching and fun not too serious young children games
  • Utilize specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or bed alarms to ensure safe patient transfers and prevent injuries.
  • Maintain aseptic techniques during procedures like catheter care or wound management to prevent infections.
  • Document all patient interactions meticulously in medical records while respecting HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

Experience
Candidates should bring a strong foundation of hands-on caregiving experience across diverse healthcare environments. Prior exposure to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living communities is highly valued, along with experience working with people with disabilities or developmental challenges. Care in pediatric, emergency medicine, or surgical units enhances your suitability for this role. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, or Meditech is essential for efficient medical documentation. Ideal candidates will demonstrate knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to patient care procedures and possess certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS). Experience working with children and families in a like family setting. A background that includes medical-surgical nursing, home & community care experience, outpatient clinics, urgent care settings, or post-acute care will help you excel in this dynamic role. Strong caregiving skills combined with excellent communication abilities are critical for success in providing compassionate patient service across all age groups—from pediatrics to geriatrics—while adhering to safety protocols like infection control and aseptic techniques.
