Buffalo Blues is a high-energy Western bar right on the River Walk. Our Hosts are the first and last impression for every guest — and we're looking for BIG personality.

If you love country vibes, cowboy hats, boots, music, and bringing the fun, this job's for you. If you're shy, quiet, or prefer to stay in the background… this ain't your rodeo.

We want loud (in a good way), confident, outgoing people who can hype up the crowd, welcome guests with genuine Southern warmth, and keep our busy restaurant flowing smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Greet every guest with energy, excitement, and a Texas sized smile
• Bring guests in from the River Walk with confidence and charm
• Manage reservations and walk ins through OpenTable
• Communicate accurate wait times and keep the guest list organized
• Escort guests to tables while making them feel valued and at home
• Maintain a clean, welcoming entrance and host area
• Support the team with menus, seating charts, and flow of service
• Uphold Buffalo Blues' country style hospitality every guest will remember
