Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Host/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while supporting the dining staff in delivering exceptional service. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience from the moment they arrive.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Assist servers by bussing tables efficiently and providing support during busy service periods.
• Handle food service tasks, including delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Assist with catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with a focus on restaurant or hotel environments.
• Familiarity with cleaning and bussing techniques is essential.
• Experience in food handling and kitchen operations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
