Are you an active-duty service member within 180 days of separation? Ready to jump-start your civilian career in the automotive industry? Join Capital Automotive's DOD-approved Skillbridge Program and train with one of our award-winning dealerships  We're a veteran-friendly, high-performing team committed to your future success.

What You'll Gain:

  • Hands-on experience in one of three paths: Technician, Dealership Operations, or Collision Repair
  • Mentorship from industry professionals
  • Real-world skills and training to help you smoothly transition into civilian employment

What We're Looking For:

  • Active-duty military, within 180 days of separation
  • Command approval & expecting honorable discharge
  • Drug-free & able to pass a background check
  • Strong attention to detail, team mindset, and a willingness to learn
  • Automotive/diesel experience is a plus (not required)

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain clean, safe workspace
  • Commence Manufacturer Certifications at your assigned dealership

DEALERSHIP OPS TRACK:

  • Learn areas like: Customer service, Sales, Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, Logistics, and more
  • Work side-by-side with experienced professionals

COLLISION REPAIR TRACK:

  • Learn bodywork basics
  • Support certified techs
  • Inspect, repair, and prep vehicles
  • Understand compliance & safety standards
  • Commence Manufacturer/I-CAR Certifications at your assigned Collision Repair Center
