Canada Inc., a Canadian administrative services company providing dispatch services to transportation companies within the Loyal Express Group, located at 1300 Le Neuf Avenue, Bécancour, QC, G9H 2E4, is hiring a Junior Dispatcher.
This is a permanent, full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Schedule delivery appointments;

Confirm shipping schedules and delivery timelines;

Generate and update shipping and delivery documentation;

Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and track shipments;

Receive, create, and process orders;

Maintain records of interactions, transactions, and shipments, Dispatch personnel according to written schedules and work orders, or as required by emergency situations

Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment using a variety of computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment
- Dispatch personnel according to written schedules and work orders, or as required by emergency situation

Advise vehicle operators of route and traffic problems such as construction, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, weight and size restrictions and other information
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience working as a dispatcher;
- Education level: High School Diploma;
- Languages: French, functional English.
