Job Summary:

Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the activities of the operations function of the branch including field operations. Including sub-contractors, material acquisition, schedule and organization of daily operations within a specific geographic area. Increase new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing customers. Oversee, monitor, and ensure efficient and quality-minded services, development of subcontractor pool, and enforcement of all company policies. Work directly with HR to maintain ABR safe practices.

Reports To:

The Production Manager will report to the Vice President of Operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Perform reviews on subcontractor performance; evaluate strengths and weaknesses and take corrective action as needed.

· Maintain working knowledge of all jobs contained in NetSuite.

· Collaborate with Vice President of Operations to meet with customers, develop sales, and build relationships.

· Conduct job walks, site reviews, and equipment inspections.

· Assist in estimating projects as directed by the Vice President of Operations.

· Oversee and track projects to ensure profitability, timeliness, quality of service, and customer satisfaction.

· Work with HR to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines and adherence to company policies and procedures.

· Provide orientation and on-the-job training for subordinates.

· Ensure that the roles, responsibilities, authority, and accountability of all direct reports are clearly defined and understood.

· Represent ABR in a professional and dignified manner.

· Oversee ABR branch operational activities within assigned areas; directly supervise branch operations.

· Ensure branch maintains profitability through effective management and oversight.

· Market ABR services and products for existing and prospective clients.

· Develop and maintain a reliable pool of subcontractors.

· Support resolution of customer complaints and conflicts in collaboration with the Vice President of Operations.

· Contribute to sales development, business strategies, and market penetration initiatives.

· Manage branch accountability including scheduling efficiency, job budgets, material acquisition, job profitability, project tracking, and safety meetings.

Qualifications:

· Strong administrative and management skills with a commitment to ethical leadership.

· Experience working in a non-union environment.

· Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate personnel to support profitability and organizational growth.

· Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.

· Collaborative management style with a focus on team development and support.

· Willingness and ability to work in the field as needed.

· Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.

· Tactful, mature, and professional demeanor.

· Ability to establish credibility, make decisive judgments, and align with organizational priorities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment:

This position will be located in Las Vegas Nevada-Utah

Pay: $78, $85,800.00 per year
