Human Resources Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Human Resources team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) industry.

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Human Resources team located at our headquarters in Granite City, IL. Our ideal candidate for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator is someone who has 1-3 years of experience and is a highly organized, proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving, people-focused environment. They communicate clearly, stay two steps ahead, and bring positive energy to every interaction—helping candidates and hiring teams feel supported from start to finish.
Primary responsibilities for iSuite's Talent Acquisition Coordinator include:
- Serve as the point of contact for Talent Acquisition inquiries by monitoring the TA email inbox, triaging requests, and escalating time-sensitive items to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinate interviews by assisting with scheduling, managing calendar invites, and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates, hiring managers, and the TA team.
- Assisting with Talent Acquisition team meetings by preparing agendas and materials, running presentations, and capturing action items and follow-ups from TA meetings.
- Maintain and optimize TA templates and resources, including job descriptions, candidate communication emails, travel itineraries, and other essential documents.
- Manage all job postings end-to-end, including finalizing job descriptions with TA team members and hiring managers, posting and reposting roles, closing job postings and ensuring postings are optimized for successful searches.
- Coordinate candidate travel logistics, including booking arrangements, creating itineraries, and processing reimbursements promptly.
- Update and publish internal hiring needs to keep stakeholders informed of open roles and priorities.
- Administer the Employee Referral Program, tracking referrals, communicating milestones and payout schedules, and reporting program performance metrics.
- Ensure data integrity across all TA systems, maintaining candidate records, consistent notes, prevention of duplicates, and supporting compliance-ready reporting.
- Plan and execute campus recruiting events, including registrations, materials, travel coordination, and post-event pipeline follow-up and reporting.
- Collaborate on process improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate TA operations.
- Managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks related to human resources, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, handling new‑hire documentation, and performing additional administrative duties assigned by the HR Director.
Primary qualifications for iSuite's Talent Acquisition Coordinator include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, or HR support roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate needs.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to supporting Talent Acquisition and Human Resources initiatives.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
