Mobile Catering Assistant
at Taylor Shaw, you'll support our School's Catering Operation across
Dereham & Norwich , providing reliable cover and helping teams deliver great food and service when it matters most. What you'll be doing...
Cover absences and support busy periods across multiple sites Assist with food preparation, service and customer interaction Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness Keep kitchens and mobile units running smoothly to Taylor Shaw standards Travel between sites to provide reliable, flexible support Deliver friendly, efficient customer service at all times Support set-up, close-down, restocking and waste management Working pattern: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 2:30pm (approx.) | 30 Hours Per Week | Term Time Only | Mileage Included
What can you bring?
Experience working in a catering or food service environment A calm, organised approach and confidence working in new settings A genuine passion for customer service and supporting young people A positive, flexible and solutions-focused mindset TMF experience is helpful, but full training will be provided Your own vehicle is essential (mileage paid at 33p per mile for petrol vehicles and 26p per mile for electric vehicles) If you can step into any kitchen and help things run smoothly, you'll thrive in this role!
