Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a lively and memorable experience.
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accurate billing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons.
• Restock bar supplies promptly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, to keep service seamless during busy hours.
• Collaborate with team members across food service, catering, or banquet events to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts using excellent time management skills.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and promoting responsible beverage service practices.
• Previous banquet experience or catering background is a plus; retail math skills are beneficial for accurate transactions.
