We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive measurable growth across multiple channels. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that result in sales revenue, increase customer engagement, and create dealer adoption in a B2B2C setting as well as B2C. Your expertise in performance marketing, combined with a deep understanding of advertising platforms and analytics, will be instrumental in optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing to achieve strategic objectives.
- Manage advertising sales efforts by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring campaign success.
- Utilize tools like Hubspot and marketing automation platforms to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Develop compelling content marketing strategies that incorporate SEO best practices, copywriting excellence, and engaging social media content to attract and retain target audiences.
- Oversee budget allocation for advertising initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources while maximizing campaign impact.
- Collaborate with our OEM partner's marketing to achieve origination target strategies with product adoption and updates, especially within powersports dealer environments.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to inform campaign strategies and improve overall performance marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing with a focus on performance marketing, including proficiency in Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Influence partner behavior to assist in the adoption of current programs in dealers, technology platforms and roll-out with new channels.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, print advertising, and B2B marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with website management platforms such as WordPress and basic HTML coding skills for content customization to engage and manage outsourced web designer.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and nurture leads effectively.
- Ability to analyze data sets to derive insights that inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent copywriting skills coupled with a creative mindset for developing compelling ad copy and content assets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints.
- Knowledge of product management principles related to digital products or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
