Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, coffee drinks, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Operate POS systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and organization skills.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light bites during busy hours or catering events.
• Support the team during special events like banquets or nightclub nights by providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing and sales tracking.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is essential for maintaining health standards.
• Experience in retail math, cash handling, and basic math ensures accurate transactions and inventory management.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
