We're Coffey Bros., a fast-growing moving company with big personality, humor, and viral potential. We're looking for one full-time, dedicated content creator who wants to own our entire digital presence and build a brand people love. This position has the opportunity to grow into Creative Director as the brand expands.

Full-Time | Dedicated Exclusively to Our Brand

WHAT YOU'LL DO

YOU will be the creative engine behind Coffey Bros. You will:

• Create viral, attention-grabbing content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
• Film + edit high-quality videos (short-form & long-form)
• Design graphics, ads, memes, thumbnails
• Edit photos of movers, properties, lake houses, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Build and manage our brand voice and storytelling
• Identify trends and create content fast
• Deliver daily content that's entertaining, scroll-stopping, and shareable
• Track analytics and scale what works
• Work directly with ownership (very entrepreneurial, creative environment)

WHO YOU ARE

• A creative genius with a strong portfolio
• Fast, talented video editor (CapCut/Premiere/Final Cut)
• Skilled in graphic design (Photoshop/Canva/Illustrator)
• Expert at short-form content hooks
• Understands what women 28–35 respond to (big part of our market)
• Can shoot, produce, and edit independently
• Loves humor, storytelling, authenticity
• Obsessed with social trends
• Wants to build ONE brand instead of bouncing between clients
• Organized, self-driven, and loves creating daily

COMPENSATION

$60,000 – $80,000 depending on portfolio + experience (negotiable)
Performance bonuses available

Requirements / Creative & Technical Skills

• 3–5+ years of full-time, professional experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or creative production for a brand, company or agency (not personal/hobby accounts).
• Proven ability to create viral or high-performing short-form videos (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Strong video editing skills — CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve
• Advanced graphic design ability — Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro
• Strong photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop, mobile apps)
• Ability to produce scroll-stopping hooks within the first 1–2 seconds of content
• Ability to shoot, storyboard, edit, and publish content independently
• Experience managing social media pages for a brand or personal
