We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Administrator to lead our long-term care nursing facility. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of facility operations, from ensuring the highest standards of patient care to driving financial success and supporting staff development. As the facility's executive leader, you will play a key role in shaping a positive environment for both residents and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility while ensuring long-term goals and budget expectations are met.
  • Drive census growth, oversee accounts receivable and collections, and maximize Net Operating Income.
  • Ensure exceptional resident care, compliance with state and federal regulations, and successful survey outcomes.
  • Build a positive workplace culture that supports employee satisfaction and reduces turnover.
  • Conduct daily facility rounds to confirm compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement annual business plans that promote quality care and strong financial performance.
  • Review and approve new resident placements to ensure individual needs can be met.
  • Monitor and improve resident satisfaction by reviewing feedback and addressing concerns.
  • Set clear performance objectives for department heads, review progress quarterly, and ensure fair staff evaluations.
  • Oversee maintenance of the facility, grounds, and equipment to provide a safe, welcoming, and well-kept environment.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the success of the facility.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in resource management, staffing, budgeting, and operational assessments
  • Strong leadership and management skills with effective delegation
  • Comfortable working long or irregular hours when needed

Education and Experience:

  • Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state where the facility is located
  • Proven leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
