Experienced Software Engineer

What You'll Do:

As a Software Engineer working in Customer Experience technology, you'll enable Principal to effectively reach out and connect with current Employer customers. Our mission is to provide an easy and enjoyable experience for our customers We do this by teaming up with designers, CX, product, and engineers to enable and build simple, intuitive experiences. You'll have the opportunity to join the team during a time of "web reimagination" for our Employer customers.

You'll have the opportunity to:

Who You Are:

We are looking for someone with:

• Associate or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 3+ years work experience or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience building event driven architectures in the cloud is required (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• 3+ years of experience working with React or is required.
• Informal leadership/mentorship preferred.
• Experience working within an Agile team preferred.

Here are a few more technologies you'll use in this role:

• Typescript
• CI/CD tooling, examples include CircleCI and GitHub Actions
• Java, for some of the legacy application support
• Using AI coding assistants, examples include Github copilot and Kiro.

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
