Professional House Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and dependable Professional House Cleaners operating as Independent Contractors. This role requires individuals who have their own cleaning equipment and vehicle to service residential properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and committed to providing exceptional cleaning services that meet client expectations. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
• Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures
• Manage laundry duties as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas to meet client standards
• Use personal equipment and cleaning supplies efficiently to complete assigned jobs
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and ensuring their satisfaction
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Manage your schedule independently to optimize service routes and client appointments

Requirements

• Must have own cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, cleaning solutions, etc.) and reliable vehicle for transportation
• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or custodial services is preferred
• Skills in floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, laundry, and general housekeeping management are highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality service delivery
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
