Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills, with experience in office management and related functions. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team, manage vendor relationships, and support various administrative processes within a professional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate office staff, including front desk personnel and administrative assistants
  • Oversee calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for staff and executives
  • Manage vendor relationships, including procurement and service agreements
  • Handle bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and maintaining employee records
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
  • Develop and monitor budgets for office supplies, equipment, and operational expenses
  • Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team development
  • Maintain filing systems, manage multi-line phone systems, and ensure efficient front desk operations
  • Ensure adherence to office policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Provide exceptional communication support through phone etiquette and professional correspondence

Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical or medical office management background preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a focus on professionalism and clarity
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, calendar management tools, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in event planning, vendor management, budgeting, bookkeeping, and payroll processing
  • Supervising experience with team management capabilities
  • Knowledge of human resources practices including onboarding and training development
  • Ability to handle front desk responsibilities including multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent filing and recordkeeping skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and demonstrate problem-solving skills

This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in an organized environment and is eager to contribute to the efficiency of our office operations.

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
