Job Summary We're seeking a motivated, sales-driven Estimator/Project Manager to handle accurate bids, manage projects from award to completion, and contribute to business development. This role is primarily office-based with occasional site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates using On-Screen Takeoff software
• Manage projects through Procore, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication
• Document job progress with CompanyCam
• Conduct site visits and measurements as needed (10-20% field time)
• Perform business development activities to generate new leads and opportunities
• Collaborate with the team on Google Suite and Microsoft Office for reports, proposals, and admin

Requirements

• Proven experience as an estimator and/or project manager in commercial painting or related construction field (5+ years preferred)
• Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff, Procore, and CompanyCam
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Highly motivated with a sales-driven mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
