Restaurant Team Member

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Team Members to join our dynamic food service team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Candidates with a passion for the food industry, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude will thrive in this position. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position involves various duties including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining sanitation standards to uphold our commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and assisting guests with their needs.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including bussing tables, cleaning kitchen equipment, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while managing register operations efficiently.
• Assist with food handling, stocking supplies, and ensuring proper food safety practices are followed.
• Support team members in various tasks such as food prep, serving, and general restaurant maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including sanitation standards in a quick service or fast-food environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, café, or retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Experience with food preparation, cashiering, or serving roles demonstrates strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper handling of food products is preferred.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour
