Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a passionate and driven Industrial Vertical Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing a portfolio of accounts within the Industry Vertical, focusing on sectors such as Pharma, Automotive, Food & Beverage, and Semiconductor Manufacturing . Your mission? To grow market share for CHVAC Applied Sales and create new lines of business!
Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs our Key Account Manager, you will:
- Generate leads for future pipeline opportunities by understanding the investment and project landscape of key accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with the EMEA Industry Vertical Director to develop and implement a local sales strategy.
- Identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of sales opportunities for your key accounts.
- Lead the customer account planning cycle, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.
- Identify customer needs and craft tailored solutions and proposals that resonate with their buying process.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in developing and managing Industrial accounts or projects.
- The ability to engage with senior executives and create demand for innovative solutions.
- A track record of executing consultative sales strategies that drive value growth.
- Strong influencing skills to work effectively across all organizational levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, adaptable to technical and non-technical audiences.
- The ability to connect with high-level customer stakeholders.
- A collaborative spirit and strong team integration skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general IT literacy.
