You will enjoy a 37.5-hour work week , Monday to Friday, with day shifts available between 8 AM and 6 PM . For example, you might work from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM .

As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service to both our internal and external customers. You will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including:

• Field-based Engineers
• Account Managers
• Our Branch Network
• External Customers

You'll work closely with Customer Service Team Leaders and Operations Managers to ensure every customer has the best experience possible!

In this role, you will:

• Respond to inbound calls professionally and effectively, adhering to agreed response times.
• Demonstrate outstanding service to all customers.
• Maintain high standards of customer relationships and confidentiality.
• Accurately record and process information.
• Take ownership of customer interactions from start to finish.
• Proactively identify and escalate incidents that may affect service delivery.

To thrive in this role, you should:

• Have at least six months of customer service experience.
• Possess call centre, telephone customer service, or customer-facing experience.
• Be proactive with strong communication skills.
• Have a working knowledge of PCs and experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Be able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Communicate effectively within a team.
