Are you ready to embark on an exciting culinary journey? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant team at Butlin’s Restaurants in Skegness! Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in running our kitchen and leading a dynamic team of up to 15 passionate individuals.
At Butlin’s, making our guests smile is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll ensure that our guests remain the central focus of all operational decisions, from resource planning and recruitment to delivering an unforgettable dining experience.
Your passion for exceptional service will shine through as you monitor guest experiences and develop action plans aimed at continuous improvement. You’ll also take charge of financial performance, managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to our high standards.
As a champion of food hygiene and health and safety, you’ll ensure compliance with legislation and company policies. You’ll be a role model for Butlin’s unique way of working, inspiring your team through training schedules and performance development plans, all while leading our main buffet restaurant that serves guests on a half-board dining package.

As with any chef role at this level, you’ll manage margins, control costs, and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards. We believe our chefs at Butlin’s are something special, and our guests love returning to our restaurants as part of their holiday experience. The ideal candidate will be fun, eager to join in, and committed to ensuring our guests have a fantastic time, every time!
Typical Working Hours: You’ll work five days over seven, covering 40 hours per week, and you’ll be part of a bonus scheme.
