Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Carrier Solutions is excited to announce an opportunity for a Reseller / Distribution Account Manager based ideally in the South East. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and developing new business opportunities while collaborating with our distribution sales teams to drive growth.
Your Mission:As a key player in our team, you will:
- Maximize Market Share: Increase sales revenue while maintaining control over margins.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the current CSUK sales team to enhance our market presence in your allocated region.
- Target New Opportunities: Identify and engage potential resellers and distributors.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Develop new business and seek opportunities for channel growth.
- Empower Resellers: Keep them updated on product and service developments to ensure they can effectively promote our offerings.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with resellers through regular communication.
- Analyze Performance: Compile monthly sales and forecast reports, collaborating with the National Distribution Manager to optimize sales potential.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the HVAC industry, particularly DX and VRF products.
- Sales Experience: A strong background in HVAC sales, working with contractors, M&E’s, and specification consultants.
- Presentation Skills: The ability to conduct engaging meetings.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer Service Commitment: A dedication to excellence in customer service.
- Driving License: A valid UK driving license.
- IT Proficiency: Competence in MS Office applications.
