PMSO Project Manager

Contractor, PMSO Project Management Services

Boston, MA or Remote | Contract Role

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of an
  In-House Banking Enablement
  project within a large enterprise program
• Own
  project governance, scope, schedule, resourcing, risks/issues, and dependencies
• Manage technical workstreams including
  systems integration, reporting, data migration, and configuration changes
• Partner closely with
  IT/DTE teams
  and business stakeholders in
  Accounting, Tax, and Treasury
• Drive
  status reporting, executive communications, and stakeholder transparency
• Proactively identify risks, unblock issues, and ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with
  external consulting and implementation partners
• Support
  change management, business adoption, and user acceptance

What we're looking for

• 8+ years
  of project management experience
• Proven success delivering
  large, complex IT projects
• Experience working with
  Accounting teams, processes, and systems
  (strong preference for
  Intercompany Accounting
  )
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to
  hold teams accountable
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
• Experience managing
  vendors and packaged software implementations
• Hands-on experience with
  PPM tools, reporting, and project financial management

Nice to have

• Experience in
  biotech or high-growth companies
• PMP and/or Agile (CSM, PSM)
  certification
• Experience with
  Blackline, Oracle E-Business Suite, Kyriba
  , or similar accounting/treasury platforms
