Hotel Front Desk Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a hotel or resort environment.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while addressing any guest inquiries or concerns.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about hotel services, reservations, and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
• Assist guests with special requests, including room changes, transportation arrangements, and recommendations for dining or activities.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and effective communication.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus, along with familiarity in hospitality management practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing excellent guest experiences in a hotel or resort setting.
