Job Overview: As an OODAZU Crew Member, you're at the heart of the OODAZU experience. Our crew creates a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where kids can play, explore, and celebrate. From supervising play areas and leading activities to assisting with parties and guest check-ins, you help bring the OODAZU energy to life every day. OODAZU Crew Members are energetic, friendly, and flexible team players who help create unforgettable experiences for kids and families. They support all areas of the facility — from play and parties to camp, retail, and guest services — ensuring every visit is safe, fun, and full of smiles. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for team players who love working with kids and families, thrive in high-energy settings, and take pride in creating memorable experiences. Crew Members embody our core values — positivity, teamwork, safety, and fun — in everything they do.

Qualifications: 15 years or older. Experience with children a plus but not required

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

● Create a fun and welcoming environment for all guests by providing friendly, energetic, and positive interactions.

● Supervise play areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to OODAZU rules and guidelines.

● Engage with children and families through play, activities, and conversation to enhance their experience.

● Assist with birthday parties and group events, including setup, hosting, serving, and cleanup.

● Support camp programming by helping lead activities, supervising campers, and ensuring a safe, positive experience throughout the day.

● Prepare and inflate balloons for retail orders, in-house parties, and special events.

● Assist with retail operations, including inventory management, restocking, merchandising, and maintaining a tidy boutique area.

● Maintain facility cleanliness, including play zones, party rooms, restrooms, and common areas.

● Support front desk operations such as guest check-in, waiver verification, and retail transactions as needed.

● Monitor and report safety concerns or maintenance issues promptly to supervisors.

● Collaborate with team members to keep the operation running smoothly and efficiently during busy periods.

● Demonstrate and promote OODAZU values of safety, respect, teamwork, and fun at all times.

● Adapt to various roles within the facility as needed (front desk, play floor, café, or party areas).

● Other duties as required
