Job Overview Join our dynamic team at aiR for Review as a Senior Software Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and operating cutting-edge generative AI-driven, cloud-native web applications. This position combines deep technical expertise with a collaborative approach to tackle complex challenges, mentor colleagues, and deliver secure, scalable, high-performance solutions on Microsoft Azure. What You'll Do Build & Deliver: Create secure, maintainable, and scalable web applications using object-oriented principles and modern architectures. Lead by Example: Offer technical guidance and mentorship, influencing design decisions and enhancing engineering practices. Raise the Bar: Advocate for automated testing, static analysis, observability, and DevOps workflows to guarantee performance and reliability. Full-Stack Impact: Develop solutions across both front-end (modern JavaScript frameworks) and back-end (distributed, service-oriented systems). Leverage the Cloud: Utilize microservices, containers, and managed Azure services (.NET, Cosmos DB, SQL Server, App Services, Docker) for scalable application deployment. Work Smarter with AI: Incorporate AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) to streamline development and focus on critical business solutions. Foster Collaboration: Promote team success through pair programming, thoughtful code reviews, and high-quality documentation. Mentor & Grow Talent: Coach engineers on secure coding practices, cloud-native design, and troubleshooting distributed systems with modern observability techniques. What We're Looking For 7+ years of professional experience in developing commercial-grade software and cloud-native applications. Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services, Docker, .NET, JavaScript, Cosmos DB, and SQL Server. Solid understanding of object-oriented design and distributed services within Microsoft Azure ecosystems. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bonus Points Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Exceptional full-stack capabilities spanning front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure. Experience with AI-assisted coding tools boosting productivity. Compensation At Relativity, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This position offers a competitive base salary along with an annual performance bonus and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between
$126,000 and $190,000 . Final salary offers will consider the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Suggested Skills:
